군산시 장애인가족지원·인권센터는 오는 3월 18일(수) 오전 10시부터 12시까지 센터 교육장에서 ‘발달장애인 성년후견제도 및 공공후견지원 사업의 이해’를 주제로 부모교육을 진행한다.

이번 교육은 군산시 장애인 가족 15명을 대상으로 무료로 실시되며, 발달장애 자녀의 의사결정 능력 부족으로 어려움을 겪는 가정에 실질적인 도움을 제공하기 위해 마련됐다.

교육에서는 성년후견제도의 주요 내용과 공공후견지원 사업 활용 방법을 안내하고, 실제 사례를 통해 제도의 필요성과 효과를 이해할 수 있도록 돕는다.

교육 신청은 2월 23일부터 3월 11일까지 센터 홈페이지(www.gdfamily.or.kr)를

The Gunsan Disability Family Support and Human Rights Center will be holding a parent education session on the topic of 'Understanding the Adult Guardianship System for Developmentally Disabled Individuals and Public Guardianship Support Programs' on Wednesday, March 18th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the center's education hall.

This education session, targeting 15 families of disabled individuals in Gunsan, will be conducted free of charge to provide practical assistance to families facing difficulties due to their developmentally disabled children's lack of decision-making capacity.

The session will provide guidance on the key aspects of the adult guardianship system and how to utilize public guardianship support programs, as well as help participants understand the necessity and effectiveness of the system through real-life cases.
