전주시는 오는 3월 9일까지 최중증 발달장애인 통합돌봄서비스 주간 그룹형 1대1 제공기관을 공개 모집한다고 26일 밝혔다.

최중증 발달장애인 통합돌봄서비스 사업은 장애의 정도가 심하고 도전적 행동으로 기존 돌봄서비스에 어려움을 겪는 발달장애인에게 전문적이고 통합적인 서비스를 제공하는 것이 핵심이다. 대상자의 돌봄 필요도에 따라 △24시간 개별형 △주간 개별형 △주간 그룹형의 3가지 유형의 서비스가 전문 인력을 통해 1대1로 제공된다.

이번 공개 모집은 주간 그룹형 제공기관 선정을 위한 것으로, 시설과 인력 기준을 갖추고 발달장애인 대상 서비스 제공 능력 및 경험이 있는 전주시 소재 공공·비영리·민간기관(법인, 단체 등)이면 신청할 수 있다.

시는 신청기관에 대해 서류·자격 확인 및 심사 등을 거쳐 최종 선정 여부를 결정할 예정이다.

위탁 기간은 오는 4월 1일부터 2029년 3월 31일까지 3년 동안이다.

김선호 전주시 장애인 복지과장은 “돌봄 사각지대에 있던 최중증 발달장애인의 가족 돌봄 부담을 경감시킬 수 있도록 역량 있는 기관의 많은 참여를 바란다”고 말했다.

Jeonju City announced on the 26th that it will publicly recruit providers of integrated care services for individuals with severe developmental disabilities until March 9th.

The integrated care services for individuals with severe developmental disabilities aim to provide specialized and comprehensive services to individuals who face difficulties in existing care services due to the severity of their disabilities and challenging behaviors. Depending on the care needs of the individuals, three types of services - 24-hour individualized, daytime individualized, and daytime group-based - will be provided on a one-on-one basis through professional staff.

This public recruitment is for the selection of providers for the daytime group-based services. Public, non-profit, and private organizations (corporations, groups, etc.) located in Jeonju City with the necessary facilities, staffing standards, and experience in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities can apply.

The city will review the documents, qualifications, and conduct assessments of the applying organizations to determine the final selection.

The entrusted period will be from April 1st to March 31st, 2029, for a duration of three years.

Kim Sun-ho, head of the Disability Welfare Division in Jeonju City, stated, "I hope for the participation of capable organizations to alleviate the care burden on families of individuals with severe developmental disabilities who were in blind spots of care."
