전주문화재단과 한국산업인력공단 전북지사가 전통문화 활성화와 숙련기술 우대 풍토 조성을 위해 손을 맞잡기로 했다.
전주문화재단(이사장 우범기)과 한국산업인력공단 전북지사(지사장 고재철)는 24일 오후 전주문화재단 4층 세미나실에서 최락기 재단 대표이사와 고재철 지사장 등 양기관 관계들이 참석한 가운데 ‘전통문화 활성화를 위한 업무협약’(MOU)을 체결했다.
이번 협약을 통해 양 기관은 ▲전통문화 관련 국가자격시험 및 기능경기대회 진행을 위한 노력 ▲전주문화재단 시설을 국가기술자격시험 및 기능경기대회 장소로 활용 ▲지속가능한 성장 및 직무능력향상을 위한 교육훈련 등 다양한 분야에서 협력하기로 했다.
최락기 전주문화재단 대표이사는 “이번 협약을 통해 전통문화 분야 숙련기술인들의 전문성을 강화하고, 전통기술이 지속적으로 계승·발전할 수 있도록 적극 지원하는 계기가 됐으면 한다”고 말했다.
고재철 한국산업인력공단 전북지사장은 “이번 협약을 통해 공단과 재단이 앞으로 지역사회와 연계한 숙련기술 장려 사업을 확대해 나가고, 전통문화 보전과 발전을 위한 다양한 협력 사업을 추진하겠다”고 전했다.
양 기관은 앞으로도 지속적인 협력과 교류를 통해 전통문화 산업의 경쟁력을 강화하고, 숙련기술 우대 분위기를 조성해 나갈 계획이다.

The Jeonju Cultural Foundation (Chairman Woo Beom-gi) and the Jeonbuk branch of the Korea Industrial Human Resources Development Corporation (Branch Manager Go Jae-cheol) signed a 'Business Agreement for the Revitalization of Traditional Culture' (MOU) on the 24th in the seminar room on the 4th floor of the Jeonju Cultural Foundation, attended by representatives from both organizations including Foundation Representative Choi Rak-gi and Branch Manager Go Jae-cheol.
Through this agreement, the two organizations have agreed to cooperate in various fields, including ▲efforts for conducting national qualification exams and skills competitions related to traditional culture ▲utilizing the facilities of the Jeonju Cultural Foundation as venues for national technical qualification exams and skills competitions ▲education and training for sustainable growth and job competency enhancement.
Choi Rak-gi, the representative of the Jeonju Cultural Foundation, said, "I hope that this agreement will serve as an opportunity to enhance the professionalism of skilled technicians in the field of traditional culture and actively support the continuous inheritance and development of traditional skills."
Go Jae-cheol, the branch manager of the Korea Industrial Human Resources Development Corporation's Jeonbuk branch, said, "Through this agreement, the corporation and the foundation will expand the skilled technology encouragement project linked with the local community and promote various cooperative projects for the preservation and development of traditional culture."
The two organizations plan to continue to strengthen the competitiveness of the traditional culture industry and create a favorable atmosphere for skilled technology through continuous cooperation and exchange.
