전북현대모터스FC(이하 전북현대)를 사랑하는 코미디언 ‘곽범’이 전주성에 온다.

전북현대가 오는 5월 6일 대전과의 홈경기에서 코미디언 ‘곽범’을 전북현대 명예홍보대사로 위촉한다.

전주에서 태어나 전주삼천초등학교, 전주해성중·고를 졸업한 곽범은 대한민국을 대표하는 최고의 인기 코미디언이다.

전북현대는 전주 출신으로 전라북도와 대한민국을 대표하는 코미디언 곽범이 축구를 사랑하고 전북현대를 응원하는 마음을 알게 돼 구단 명예홍보대사로 위촉했다고 밝혔다.

특히 곽범은 5월 6일 대전전 시축에 앞서 구단 홍보 콘텐츠 아이디어를 함께 고민하고 적극 참여하는 등 팀에 대한 애정과 진정성을 보였다고 구단은 전했다.

인기 축구 예능 JTBC ‘뭉쳐야 찬다’에 출연하고 있는 곽범은 방송을 통해서도 축구에 대한 진심을 선보이며 대중들에게 많은 사랑을 받고 있다.

KBS 공채 27기 코미디언 출신인 곽범은 KBS TV 프로그램 ‘개그콘서트’에서 데뷔했으며 이후 배우 정우성과 이경영 등을 패러디하며 많은 인기를 얻었다.

곽범은 이날 홈경기 방문 이후에도 전북현대를 알릴 수 있는 구단 콘텐츠 제작에 함께 참여하고 본인 유튜브 채널 ‘빵송국’ 등을 통해서도 구단의 홍보대사로서 역할 수행에 최선을 다할 것을 약속했다.

명예홍보대사 곽범은 “내 고향인 전주와 전라북도에 대한민국 최고의 축구팀이 있다는 것은 정말 자랑스러운 일이다. 나아가 이 팀의 홍보대사가 된다는 것 자체가 정말 기쁘고 뿌듯하다”며 “전북현대 홍보대사로서 팀의 위상을 높이고 더 많은 팬이 경기장을 찾도록 노력하겠다. 어느 곳을 가더라도 우리 팀을 알리고 내 주변 사람들부터 팬으로 만들겠다”고 소감을 전했다.

Born in Jeonju and a graduate of Jeonju Samcheon Elementary School and Jeonju Haeseong Middle and High School, Kwak Beom is one of the most popular comedians representing South Korea.

Jeonbuk Hyundai stated that they appointed Kwak Beom as an honorary ambassador for the club after learning about his love for soccer and support for Jeonbuk Hyundai as a comedian representing Jeollabuk-do and South Korea.

In particular, the club mentioned that Kwak Beom showed his affection and sincerity for the team by actively participating in brainstorming ideas for promoting the club's content before the Daejeon match on May 6.

Kwak Beom, who appears on the popular soccer entertainment show 'Mungcheya Chanda' on JTBC, has gained much love from the public by showcasing his sincerity for soccer through broadcasts.

A graduate of KBS's 27th comedian recruitment, Kwak Beom made his debut on the KBS TV program 'Gag Concert' and gained popularity by parodying actors Jung Woo-sung and Lee Kyung-young, among others.

After visiting the home game on that day, Kwak Beom promised to participate in creating club content to promote Jeonbuk Hyundai and to do his best as the club's ambassador through his YouTube channel 'Bangsongguk' and other platforms.

Honorary ambassador Kwak Beom expressed his feelings, saying, "It is truly an honor to have the best soccer team in South Korea in my hometown of Jeonju and Jeollabuk-do. Furthermore, I am really happy and proud to become the promotional ambassador for this team," and added, "As an ambassador for Jeonbuk Hyundai, I will work to elevate the team's status and attract more fans to the stadium. I will promote our team wherever I go and turn people around me into fans."
