제21대 대통령선거가 오는 6월 3일(화)에 치러진다. 이에 앞서 주요 선거 일정이 순차적으로 진행되며, 유권자들의 관심과 참여가 요구된다.

대통령선거 후보자 등록은 5월 10일(토)부터 11일(일)까지 이틀간 이뤄진다. 등록은 매일 오전 9시부터 오후 6시까지 가능하며, 등록을 마친 후보자들은 5월 12일(월)부터 공식 선거운동에 돌입하게 된다.

선거벽보는 5월 17일(토)까지 각 지정 장소에 부착되며, 유권자들에게 투표 정보를 안내하는 선거공보는 전단형 투표안내문과 함께 5월 24일(토)까지 발송될 예정이다.

사전투표는 5월 29일(목)과 30일(금) 이틀간 전국 사전투표소에서 실시된다. 사전투표는 별도의 신청 없이 유권자 누구나 가능하며, 오전 6시부터 오후 6시까지 운영된다.

본 투표일은 6월 3일(화)이며, 투표는 오전 6시부터 오후 8시까지 진행된다. 투표 종료 직후부터는 전국 개표소에서 개표가 시작된다.

According to the National Election Commission, the registration of presidential candidates will take place for two days from Saturday, May 10 to Sunday, May 11. Registration will be possible from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, and candidates who complete registration will officially start their election campaigns from Monday, May 12.

Election posters will be displayed at designated locations until Saturday, May 17, and election notices guiding voters will be sent out along with leaflets until Saturday, May 24.

Early voting will be conducted nationwide at early voting stations on Thursday, May 29, and Friday, May 30. Early voting is available to all voters without separate application and will operate from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The main voting day is on Tuesday, June 3, and voting will take place from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. After the voting ends, vote counting will begin at polling stations nationwide.
