전북특별자치도교육청 전주학생교육문화관(관장 김형대)은 늦깎이 초등학생을 위한 문해교육 교원 양성을 목표로 ‘초등 문해교육 교원 연수 과정’을 운영한다.

이번 연수는 전북 도민 중 문해교육에 관심 있는 대학(전문대 포함) 졸업자 또는 고졸 이후 관련 교육 경력 120시간 이상인 이들을 대상으로 하며, 5월 23일까지 문해교육 종합정보시스템(www.le.or.kr/as)을 통해 신청할 수 있다.

연수는 6월 4일부터 17일까지 총 70시간 과정으로, 집합 연수와 현장실습으로 구성된다. 이론 교육에서는 문해교육의 이해, 교사론, 교수학습 방법 등을 다루며, 현장 실습은 실제 문해교육기관에서 멘토와 함께 5일간 진행된다. 전 과정을 이수한 수료자에게는 초등학력인정 문해교육 프로그램 교원 자격이 부여된다.

김형대 관장은 “이번 연수는 전문성과 실천력을 갖춘 지역 문해교육 인력을 양성하는 데 의의가 있다”며 “성인 학습자들의 초등학력 취득을 체계적으로 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education's Jeonju Student Education and Culture Center (Director Kim Hyeong-dae) is operating the "Elementary Literacy Education Instructor Training Program" with the goal of training instructors for late-starting elementary school students.

This training program targets graduates from universities (including vocational schools) in Jeonbuk Province who are interested in literacy education or individuals with over 120 hours of relevant education experience since high school graduation. Applications can be submitted through the Literacy Education Comprehensive Information System (www.le.or.kr/as) until May 23.

The training program will run from June 4 to 17 for a total of 70 hours, consisting of group training and field practice. The theoretical education will cover understanding literacy education, pedagogy, teaching methods, while the field practice will involve a 5-day session at an actual literacy education institution with a mentor. Upon completion of the entire program, participants will be granted certification as literacy education program instructors for elementary school students.

Director Kim Hyeong-dae stated, "This training program is significant in cultivating local literacy education professionals with expertise and practical skills," adding, "We will systematically support adult learners in acquiring elementary education."
