전북교육청은 오는 9월 1일자 교육장 임용후보자를 공개모집한다고 21일 밝혔다.

지원 자격은 현직 교장 또는 장학관, 교육연구관으로 1년 이상 재직한 자이며, 직무수행계획서와 자기소개서 등 관련 서류를 26일부터 28일 오후 5시까지 도교육청 교원인사과에 제출해야 한다.

징계의결요구 중이거나 말소기간이 경과하지 않은 자, 주요 4대 비위자(금품·향응수수, 상습폭행, 성폭행, 성적조작)는 지원이 제한된다.

심사 영역은 교육자 소양, 직무수행능력, 자기소개서, 직무계획서, 조직관리 역량, 교육철학과 소통역량, 전북교육 핵심정책 추진역량 등이다. 도교육청은 5월 29일부터 6월 4일까지 공개검증과 온라인 동료평가를 실시한 후, 6월 10일 서류 및 면접심사를 거쳐 6월 13일 최종 임용후보자를 발표할 예정이다.

The Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education announced on the 21st that it will publicly recruit candidates for the position of school principal to be appointed on September 1st.

Applicants must be current school principals, vice principals, or educational researchers who have worked for more than a year. They are required to submit relevant documents such as a job performance plan and a self-introduction letter to the Provincial Office of Education's Teacher Personnel Department from the 26th to 28th by 5 p.m.

Those under disciplinary demands or whose probationary period has not expired, as well as individuals involved in major misconduct (bribery, habitual violence, sexual assault, sexual misconduct) will have restricted eligibility for application.

The evaluation criteria include educational qualifications, job performance capabilities, self-introduction letter, job performance plan, organizational management skills, educational philosophy and communication skills, and the ability to promote key education policies in Jeonbuk. The Provincial Office of Education conducted a public verification and online peer evaluation from May 29th to June 4th, and will announce the final candidates for appointment on June 13th after document review and interviews on June 10th.
