2025 전주세계소리축제(이하 소리축제)가 축제의 원활한 운영을 함께할 자원활동가 ‘소리천사’를 오는 6월 30일 오후 3시까지 모집한다.

‘소리천사’는 소리축제의 전반적인 현장 운영을 돕는 자원활동가로, 축제장 곳곳에 배치되어 ▲프로그램 운영 ▲아티스트 지원 ▲백스테이지 ▲수송 ▲숙박 ▲무대 ▲객석 ▲운영본부 ▲주차 ▲환경 ▲기록 ▲홍보 및 매표소 운영 ▲티켓 등 다양한 분야에서 활동하게 된다.

올해는 ‘운영팀’과 ‘홍보팀’으로 나눠 모집하며, 만 18세 이상 대한민국 거주자라면 누구나 지원 가능하다. 단, 축제에 대한 열정과 적극적인 참여가 요구되며, 발대식 및 오리엔테이션, 그리고 8월 12일부터 17일까지 이어지는 공식 활동 기간 동안 자원봉사가 가능해야 한다.

지원은 소리축제 공식 홈페이지 내 ‘소리천사’ 전용 페이지(www.sorifestival.com/angel)에서 온라인으로 접수할 수 있으며, 최종 합격자는 서류심사와 면접을 거쳐 7월 14일 오후 3시에 발표된다.

합격한 소리천사에게는 유니폼, ID 카드, 활동 물품, 식사 및 간식이 제공되며, 1365자원봉사포털을 통한 봉사 시간 인정도 가능하다. 대중교통 운행이 어려운 시간대에는 퇴근 버스가 운영되며, 전북 외 지역 거주자에게는 숙소도 제공된다. 활동 종료 후에는 ‘소리천사 네트워크 파티’가 열려 활동의 여운을 함께 나눌 수 있다.

김희선 소리축제 집행위원장은 “소리천사는 축제의 전 과정을 가장 가까이에서 함께하며 관객의 첫인상부터 마지막 순간까지 감동을 만들어내는 진정한 축제의 주인공”이라며, “전 세계 음악과 문화가 어우러지는 소리축제 현장에서 특별한 여름을 보내고 싶은 많은 분들의 관심과 참여를 기대한다”고 말했다.

한편, 2025 전주세계소리축제는 ‘본향의 메아리’를 주제로 오는 8월 13일부터 17일)까지 한국소리문화의전당 및 전북특별자치도 일원에서 개최될 예정이다.

The 2025 Jeonju World Sound Festival (hereinafter referred to as the Sound Festival) is recruiting volunteers called "Sound Angels" to assist in the smooth operation of the festival until 3 p.m. on June 30.

"Sound Angels" are volunteer workers who help with the overall on-site operation of the Sound Festival, and they will be stationed throughout the festival grounds to work in various areas such as program operations, artist support, backstage, transportation, accommodation, stage, audience, headquarters, parking, environment, records, promotion, ticket sales, and more.

This year, recruitment is divided into "Operations Team" and "Promotions Team," and anyone over 18 years old residing in South Korea can apply. However, a passion for the festival and active participation are required, and volunteers must be available for service from the inauguration ceremony and orientation until the official activity period from August 12 to 17.

Applications can be submitted online through the dedicated "Sound Angels" page on the Sound Festival's official website (www.sorifestival.com/angel), and successful candidates will be announced on July 14 at 3 p.m. after document screening and interviews.

Successful Sound Angels will receive a uniform, ID card, activity supplies, meals, and snacks, and volunteer hours will be recognized through the 1365 Volunteer Portal. Shuttle buses will operate during times when public transportation is limited, and accommodation will be provided for those residing outside Jeollabuk-do. After the activities, a "Sound Angels Network Party" will be held for volunteers to share their experiences.

Kim Hee-sun, the executive director of the Sound Festival, stated, "Sound Angels are the true protagonists of the festival, creating excitement from the audience's first impression to the last moment by being closely involved in every stage of the festival." She also expressed her hopes for the interest and participation of many people who want to spend a special summer at the Sound Festival, where global music and culture converge.

The 2025 Jeonju World Sound Festival, with the theme "Echoes of Hometown," is scheduled to take place from August 13 to 17 at the Korean Sound Culture Center and various locations in Jeollabuk-do.
