전북교육청은 13일 창조나래 회의실에서 2025년도 제2회 초·중·고등학교 졸업학력 검정고시 원서접수에 대비한 실무교육을 실시했다.

이번 교육은 오는 16일부터 20일까지 진행되는 검정고시 원서접수를 앞두고, 도내 14개 시·군 교육지원청의 접수 담당자와 지원 인력을 대상으로 진행됐다.

특히 올해는 생성형 인공지능(AI)을 활용한 팟캐스트 콘텐츠가 교육에 도입돼 주목을 끌었다. 팟캐스트는 △원서접수 절차 △제출서류 확인 요령 △민원 응대 방법 등을 대화 형식으로 구성해, 담당자들이 출퇴근 등 여유 시간에 손쉽게 청취할 수 있도록 했다.

김낙훈 교원인사과장은 “검정고시는 학력 취득을 위한 중요한 기회인 만큼 접수 단계의 정확성이 무엇보다 중요하다”며 “AI 기반 콘텐츠를 포함한 이번 교육이 담당자들의 실무 역량 강화에 도움이 되길 바란다”고 밝혔다.

The Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education conducted practical training in preparation for the application process for the 2nd Graduation Qualification Examination for elementary, middle, and high school students in 2025 at the Changjo Narae conference room on the 13th.

The training, targeting receptionists and support staff from the educational support offices of 14 cities and counties in the province, took place ahead of the examination application period from the 16th to the 20th.

This year, particular attention was drawn to the introduction of podcast content utilizing generative artificial intelligence (AI) in education. The podcast was structured in a conversational format covering topics such as application procedures, document submission guidelines, and handling complaints, allowing staff to easily listen during their commute or free time.

Kim Nak-hoon, the head of the teacher personnel department, stated, "As the Graduation Qualification Examination is a crucial opportunity for academic achievement, accuracy in the application stage is paramount." He expressed hope that this training, including AI-based content, would enhance the practical skills of the staff.
