전북교육청은 20일 ‘2025년 유·초·중등 교육전문직원 임용후보자 선발 공개전형’ 최종 합격자 40명을 발표했다.

학교급별로는 유치원 교사 8명, 초등교감 1명, 초등교사 18명, 중등교사 13명이 최종 합격했다.

이번 전형은 서류심사(1차 소양평가), 현장평가(2차), 역량평가(3차) 등 3단계로 진행됐으며, 직무수행계획서, 교육활동 실적, 면담, 다면평가, 심층면접 및 토의토론 등을 통해 후보자의 실무 역량과 정책 이해도를 종합적으로 평가했다.

도교육청은 평가의 공정성과 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 외부 전문가를 평가위원의 50% 이상 위촉해 심사에 참여시켰다고 밝혔다.

최종 합격자는 유·초·중등 일반 및 전문 분야, 유치원 임기제 분야의 교육전문직원으로 임용돼 학교 현장을 지원하게 된다.

김낙훈 교원인사과장은 “현장 경험을 바탕으로 학생 중심 미래교육을 실현할 수 있는 유능한 인재를 선발했다”고 말했다.

On the 20th, the Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education announced the final list of 40 successful candidates for the '2025 Public Selection Process for Educational Specialists in Kindergarten, Elementary, and Middle Schools'.

Among the successful candidates, there are 8 kindergarten teachers, 1 elementary school vice principal, 18 elementary school teachers, and 13 middle school teachers.

The selection process consisted of three stages: document review (1st round qualification assessment), on-site evaluation (2nd round), and competency assessment (3rd round). Candidates were comprehensively evaluated on their practical skills and policy understanding through job performance plans, educational activities, interviews, multi-faceted evaluations, in-depth interviews, and discussions.

The Provincial Office of Education appointed more than 50% of external experts as evaluation committee members to enhance the fairness and reliability of the assessment.

The successful candidates will be appointed as educational specialists in general and specialized fields in kindergarten, elementary, and middle schools, as well as in the field of kindergarten term-based education, to support school operations.

Kim Nak-hoon, the head of the Teacher Personnel Department, stated, "We have selected competent individuals who can realize student-centered future education based on their practical experience."
