완주군지역사회보장협의체 생명사랑분과가 최근 정신건강에 어려움을 겪는 주민 50여 명과 함께 고산자연휴양림에서 힐링소풍 프로그램을 진행했다.

이번 소풍은 정신건강에 어려움을 겪고 있어 외부 활동이 제한되기 쉬운 주민들이 자연 속에서 심신의 안정을 찾고 재활에 도움을 받을 수 있도록 마련된 것으로, 참가자들은 숲 체험과 산책을 즐기며 자연과 교감하는 시간을 가졌다. 또한 우드버닝 목공예 활동을 통해 창작의 즐거움도 함께 경험했다.

권은정 생명사랑분과장은 “이번 프로그램이 참가자들의 정서적 안정과 회복에 긍정적인 계기가 되었기를 바란다”며 “앞으로도 정신건강 회복을 위한 다양한 맞춤형 프로그램을 지속적으로 개발해 삶의 질 향상에 기여하겠다”고 말했다.

The Life Love Division of the Wanju County Community Welfare Council recently organized a healing outing program at the Gosan Nature Resort with over 50 residents experiencing difficulties in mental health.

This outing was designed for residents facing mental health challenges and finding it easy to be restricted from outdoor activities, providing them with an opportunity to find mental stability in nature and receive help in rehabilitation. Participants enjoyed forest experiences, walks, and time connecting with nature. They also experienced the joy of creation through wood burning and woodworking activities.

Kwon Eun-jeong, the head of the Life Love Division, expressed hope that "this program will be a positive opportunity for emotional stability and recovery for the participants" and stated, "We will continue to develop various tailored programs for mental health recovery to contribute to improving the quality of life."
