– 완주교육통합지원센터 마을교육 다양화와 전문성 위한 설명회 개최 –

완주군교육통합지원센터(임성희센터장)는 27일 오후 5시, 완주가족문화교육원 가족홀에서 ‘2025년 마을강사 역량강화 지원사업 설명회’를 개최하였다.

설명회는 지역 마을교육 활성화를 위해 활동 중인 30개 기관의 마을강사 60여 명을 대상으로 진행되었다.

이번 사업은 마을강사의 저변 확대와 전문성 향상, 그리고 다양한 마을교육 프로그램 개발과 운영 활성화를 주요 목표로 하고 있으며, 설명회를 통해 지원신청 절차, 지원영역, 사용기준, 지원금 지급, 모니터링, 결과보고제출 등 사업 전반에 대한 정보를 제공하였다.

설명회는 오후 5시 등록을 시작으로, 2024년 운영결과 공유, 2025년 지원방향 안내, 질의응답 순으로 진행된다. 이후 참가자들은 6월부터 7월까지 지원신청서를 제출하고, 심사를 거쳐 지원금을 지급받게 될 예정이다.

이번 사업은 특히 지역강사의 타 지역 유출을 방지하고, 지속가능한 마을교육과정 운영 체계를 강화하는 데 중점을 두고 있다. 더불어, 강사의 역량 개발 및 성장 지원과 주민 참여 확대를 통해 마을교육공동체의 실질적 성장을 도모한다는 점에서 큰 의미를 지닌다.

센터는 “마을교육이 지속 가능하려면 지역의 인적 자원이 지역 내에 정착하고 성장할 수 있는 기반이 필수적”이라며, “이번 설명회를 통해 마을강사들이 명확한 방향과 동기를 가지고 교육활동에 참여할 수 있기를 기대한다”고 전했다.

On the 27th, Wanju Education Integration Support Center (Director Lim Seong-hee) held a "2025 Village Instructor Capacity Enhancement Support Project Explanatory Meeting" at Wanju Family Culture Education Center Family Hall at 5 p.m.

The meeting was conducted for about 60 village instructors from 30 organizations actively engaged in local village education activities.

The project aims to expand the scope and professionalism of village instructors, as well as to enhance the development and operation of various village education programs to activate village education. Through the meeting, information on support application procedures, support areas, usage criteria, support fund disbursement, monitoring, and result reporting for the overall project was provided.

The meeting started with registration at 5 p.m., followed by sharing of the 2024 operational results, guidance on the 2025 support direction, and a question-and-answer session. Participants are expected to submit support applications from June to July, undergo evaluation, and receive support funds.

This project particularly focuses on preventing the outflow of local instructors to other regions and strengthening the sustainable operation system of village education programs. It holds significant meaning in promoting the substantial growth of the village education community through capacity development and support for instructor growth and expanding community participation.

The center stated, "For village education to be sustainable, it is essential for the human resources of the region to settle and grow within the region," and expressed hope that through this explanatory meeting, village instructors can participate in educational activities with a clear direction and motivation.
