무주군과 (사)반딧불축제위원회는 제29회 무주반딧불축제(9월 6일~14일)와 함께할 행사 진행 요원 ‘반디프렌즈’를 오는 8월 22일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다.

모집 인원은 분야별 매니저 10명을 포함해 총 210명이며, 매니저는 8월 25일부터 9월 19일까지 행사 전반을 총괄하고, 일반 진행 요원은 9월 5일부터 14일까지 안내, 운영 지원, 안전·환경·교통 관리 등을 맡게 된다.

응시 자격은 공고일 기준 만 19세(2004년생) 이상~만 70세(1954년생) 이하이며, 무주군 거주자는 우대된다. 지원은 무주반딧불축제 누리집(https://www.firefly.or.kr/)에서 가능하며, 서류 및 면접 심사를 통해 최종 선발된다.

김광용 축제 지원단 총괄팀장은 “역대 최다 인원의 반디프렌즈가 참여해 방문객 편의 향상과 지역 고용 창출, 축제 운영의 질 향상 등 다방면에서 효과를 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

Muju County and the Firefly Festival Committee announced that they are recruiting event staff called "Bundi Friends" to participate in the 29th Muju Firefly Festival (September 6-14) until August 22.

The recruitment includes a total of 210 people, including 10 managers in various fields. The managers will oversee the entire event from August 25 to September 19, while general event staff will be responsible for guidance, operation support, safety, environmental, and traffic management from September 5 to 14.

Applicants must be at least 19 years old (born in 2004) and no older than 70 years old (born in 1954) as of the announcement date, with preference given to residents of Muju County. Applications can be submitted through the Muju Firefly Festival website (https://www.firefly.or.kr/), and final selections will be made through document screening and interviews.

Kim Kwang-yong, head of the festival support team, stated, "With the largest number of Bundi Friends participating this year, we expect effects in various aspects such as improving visitor convenience, creating local employment opportunities, and enhancing the quality of festival operations."
