전북교육청이 직업계고 졸업생들의 직무 적응과 미래 설계를 돕기 위해 ‘고졸자 후속관리 지원모델 개발 사업’을 추진한다.

이 사업은 산업현장에 진출한 특성화고·마이스터고 졸업생들에게 학업 연계, 자격 취득, 심리 상담, 진로 재설계 등을 지원하는 교육부 사업으로, 전주공업고와 전북기계공고가 운영학교로 선정됐다.

전주공고는 지역 산업 수요를 반영한 실무형 후속지원 프로그램을 운영하며, 경력 코칭·전공심화 교육·직무 연수와 기업 연계를 통해 취업 지속성과 직무 만족도를 높인다. 전북기계공고는 졸업생취업지원센터를 중심으로 자기소개서 첨삭, 면접 특강, 온라인 취업 플랫폼 제공 등 사후관리 체계를 고도화한다.

전북교육청은 학교별 맞춤형 프로그램이 정착할 수 있도록 행·재정적 지원을 강화하고, 졸업생 실태 분석을 기반으로 한 후속지원 시스템을 지속적으로 고도화할 계획이다.

The Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education is pushing forward with the "Support Model Development Project for High School Graduates" to assist vocational high school graduates in adapting to their jobs and planning for the future.

This project is an educational initiative to support academic linkage, qualification acquisition, psychological counseling, and career redesign for graduates of specialized and Meister high schools who have entered the industrial field. Jeonju Industrial High School and Jeonbuk Mechanical High School have been selected as operating schools for this project.

Jeonju Industrial High School operates a practical follow-up support program reflecting local industrial demand, enhancing employment sustainability and job satisfaction through career coaching, specialized education, on-the-job training, and industry connections. Jeonbuk Mechanical High School enhances its post-management system, focusing on the graduates' employment support center, providing services such as resume editing, interview seminars, and an online job platform.

The Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education plans to strengthen financial and material support to ensure that tailored programs for each school can be established successfully. They also plan to continuously enhance the post-support system based on the analysis of graduate outcomes.
