고용노동부와 한국장애인고용공단이 중증장애인의 일자리 창출을 위한 창의적 방안을 발굴하고자 ‘2025 중증장애인 고용확대 아이디어 공모전’을 개최한다.

이번 공모전은 중증장애인 고용 확대를 위한 아이디어 및 실행계획을 주제로 하며, 대한민국 국민 누구나 개인 또는 팀(최대 4인)으로 참여할 수 있다. 정부부처, 지자체, 단체 및 법인 명의의 참가도 가능하다.

응모 기간은 9월 1일부터 10월 15일 오후 6시까지이며, 공모전 홈페이지(keadidea.co.kr)를 통해 참가 신청서 및 아이디어 제안서(텍스트·영상·이미지 중 택1)를 제출하면 된다.

시상은 고용노동부 장관상과 공단 이사장상으로 총 6팀에 상금 550만 원이 수여된다. 대상(1팀)에는 고용노동부 장관상과 상금 200만 원이 주어지며, 우수상(2팀)은 상금 100만 원, 장려상(3팀)은 상금 50만 원이 각각 수여된다.

결과는 10월 27일 공단 홈페이지를 통해 발표되며, 시상식은 11월 17일 열릴 예정이다. 특히 대상 수상작은 2024년 직무개발 성과공유회에서 사례 발표 기회를 갖는다.

The Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled are hosting a competition called the '2025 Severe Disability Employment Expansion Idea Contest' to discover creative solutions for creating jobs for individuals with severe disabilities.

This contest focuses on ideas and implementation plans for expanding employment opportunities for individuals with severe disabilities, and any South Korean citizen can participate as an individual or in a team of up to four members. Participation is also open to government agencies, local governments, organizations, and corporations.

The application period is from September 1 to October 15 at 6 p.m., and participants can submit their application forms and idea proposals (in text, video, or image format) through the contest website (keadidea.co.kr).

A total of 6 teams will be awarded a prize of 5.5 million Korean won, with the Minister of Employment and Labor Award and the Agency Director Award. The winner (1 team) will receive the Minister of Employment and Labor Award and a prize of 2 million won, while the Excellence Award (2 teams) will receive a prize of 1 million won, and the Encouragement Award (3 teams) will each receive a prize of 500,000 won.

The results will be announced on the agency's website on October 27, and the award ceremony is scheduled for November 17. In particular, the winning team will have the opportunity to present their case at the 2024 Job Development Achievement Sharing Conference.
