완주군교육통합지원센터(센터장, 임성희)는 21일 지역 콘텐츠를 바탕으로 한 마을강사인증제 연구용역 결과 최종 보고회를 개최하였다. 이 최종 보고회는 완주군청과 완주교육지원청 관계자 그리고 마을강사, 교육 공동체 대표, 연구자 등 30여명이 참석하였다.

보고회에 참여한 김 모 강사는“현장에서 강사로 활동하는 동안 전문성을 인정받을 기회는 거의 없었다. 그러나 내 고장(완주군)을 이해하는 지역 콘텐츠를 기반으로 마을강사인증제가 추진된다면 누구보다 전문적인 역량을 갖출 수 있다”라고 말하며 자신감을 드러냈다.

이번 최종 보고회에서는 학교-마을 강사현황 및 운영 개선 방안(우석대 김천홍교수), 교육 과정 개선 및 매개자 양성 고도화 방안(대진대 한지영교수) 디지털 배지 발급 기초 연구(우석대 홍수진) 등 세 가지 주제에 대한 연구용역 결과를 발표하였다.

완주군 관계자는“이렇게 차별화된 인증제는 마을강사들에게 보다 다양한 교육 내용을 제공할 수 있을 것이며, 지역 사회의 요구에 부응하는 교육 모델로 발전시켜 나갈 수 있을 것이다”라고 말했다.

또한 완주교육지원청 관계자는“완주군 마을강사인증제는 지역 콘텐츠와의 연계를 통해 차별화된 전문성을 추구하고 있으며 이 인증제를 통해 학교 의무 교육과정인 장애인식, 성폭력 예방, 학교폭력 예방, 응급처리 교육 등도 단계적으로 적용하여 운영되기를 희망한다”라고 전하였다.

Wanju County Education Integrated Support Center (Director, Lim Seong-hee) held a final report meeting on the research project for the village instructor certification system based on local content on the 21st. The final report meeting was attended by about 30 people including officials from Wanju County Office, Wanju Education Support Office, village instructors, representatives of educational communities, and researchers.

Kim, a village instructor who participated in the meeting, expressed confidence by saying, "There have been few opportunities to be recognized for professionalism while working as an instructor in the field. However, if the village instructor certification system is promoted based on local content that understands my hometown (Wanju County), I can acquire more professional capabilities than anyone else."

At this final report meeting, research results on three topics were presented: the current status and improvement measures for school-village instructors (Professor Kim Cheon-hong from Wooseok University), improvement of educational processes and enhancement of mediator training (Professor Han Ji-young from Daejin University), and basic research on digital badge issuance (Hong Su-jin from Wooseok University).

A Wanju County official stated, "This differentiated certification system will enable village instructors to provide a wider range of educational content and evolve into an educational model that meets the demands of the local community."

Furthermore, an official from Wanju Education Support Office conveyed, "Through the Wanju County village instructor certification system, we are pursuing differentiated expertise through linkage with local content. We hope that this certification system will be gradually applied and operated, including mandatory school education curriculum such as disability awareness, sexual violence prevention, school violence prevention, and emergency response education."
