전북교육청과 전북교사노동조합, 전국교직원노동조합 전북지부가 단체교섭을 오는 27일부터 재개한다.

이번 교섭은 당초 실무협의가 진행되다 노조 측의 집행부 교체 등의 이유로 잠정 중단됐으나, 최근 노사 간 협의를 통해 재개 일정이 확정됐다.

교섭에서는 교원의 근무 환경 개선 등 근무조건과 관련된 사안이 논의될 예정이며, 교육청은 교육정책과 행정운영의 효율성을 고려해 일부 조항의 조정을 추진할 것으로 알려졌다.

한편, 전북교육청과 교원노조는 교섭을 통해 교원의 권익과 교육 환경 개선 방안을 놓고 지속적인 협의를 이어갈 방침이다.

The Jeonbuk Office of Education, the Jeonbuk Teachers' Labor Union, and the Jeonbuk branch of the National Union of Educational Workers will resume collective bargaining from the 27th.

This negotiation was initially suspended due to reasons such as the replacement of the union's executive body during the working-level consultation, but the resumption schedule was confirmed through recent consultations between labor and management.

In the negotiations, issues related to working conditions, such as improving teachers' working environment, will be discussed, and the Office of Education is known to be planning to adjust some provisions considering the efficiency of educational policies and administrative operations.

Meanwhile, the Jeonbuk Office of Education and the Teachers' Union plan to continue discussions on teachers' rights and ways to improve the educational environment through negotiations.
