전주시와 전주시육아종합지원센터(센터장 손경화)는 영유아의 발달 지연을 조기에 발견하고 맞춤형 치료를 지원하는 ‘아동발달 지연 조기발견 프로젝트’를 올해부터 소득 기준 없이 전 계층으로 확대해 추진한다고 28일 밝혔다.

대상은 생후 12개월부터 취학 전 아동을 둔 가정이며, 시는 올해 약 100가구에 총 1,200건의 발달 검사 및 치료 서비스를 무료로 제공할 예정이다. 주요 지원 내용은 언어·의사소통, 주의력·감정조절, 미디어 과몰입, 부모와의 애착 문제 등이다.

검사는 1차로 온라인 발달검사(K-CDI)와 부모양육스트레스 검사(K-PSI)를 실시하고, 2차로 양육환경 및 아동 치료 관련 전문 상담이 이어진다. 이후 결과에 따라 언어, 감각통합, 인지, 심리 등 분야별 맞춤형 치료가 제공된다.

신청은 4월부터 11월까지 매월 1일 전주시육아종합지원센터 누리집(http://jeonjuscc.or.kr)을 통해 가능하며, 매달 선착순 20가구가 선정된다.

전주시는 이외에도 부모 교육 등을 통해 양육 환경 개선과 발달 이해를 돕는 프로그램을 함께 운영할 계획이다. 자세한 문의는 센터(063-905-6509, 내선 5번)로 하면 된다.

Jeonju City and the Jeonju Childcare Comprehensive Support Center (Director Son Gyeong-hwa) announced on the 28th that they will expand the 'Early Detection of Developmental Delays in Children Project' from this year to all income levels without income criteria.

The target households are those with children aged 12 months to pre-school age, and the city plans to provide a total of 1,200 developmental assessments and therapy services for about 100 households free of charge this year. The main support contents include language and communication, attention and emotion regulation, media overuse, and attachment issues with parents.

The assessment will first conduct online developmental assessments (K-CDI) and parental stress assessments (K-PSI), followed by specialized counseling on parenting environment and child therapy. Subsequently, tailored therapies in areas such as language, sensory integration, cognition, and psychology will be provided based on the results.

Applications can be made from April to November on the 1st of each month through the Jeonju Childcare Comprehensive Support Center's website (http://jeonjuscc.or.kr), with 20 households selected on a first-come, first-served basis each month.
