남원시(시장 최경식)는 지난 28일 시청 회의실에서 시장을 포함한 고위직 공무원 67명을 대상으로 2025년 4대 폭력(성희롱·성폭력·성매매·가정폭력) 예방교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 성희롱·성폭력 예방을 중심으로 진행됐으며, 한국양성평등교육진흥원 소속 양동옥 전문강사가 ‘선한 영향을 주는 사람’을 주제로 강의했다. 교육에서는 관리자의 성인지 감수성 제고와 성평등 조직문화 조성을 위한 실천 방안 등이 강조됐다.

최경식 남원시장은 “고위직이 솔선수범해야 건강한 조직문화가 형성된다”며, “성평등하고 안전한 직장문화를 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

This education focused on preventing sexual harassment and sexual violence, and Yang Dong-ok, a specialist lecturer from the Korea Gender Equality Education and Promotion Institute, gave a lecture on the theme of 'Being a Positive Influence'. The education emphasized enhancing the adult awareness and sensitivity of managers and practical ways to create a gender-equal organizational culture.

Mayor Choi Kyung-sik stated, "A healthy organizational culture is formed when high-ranking officials take the lead," and added, "I will continue to make efforts for a gender-equal and safe workplace culture."
