전북특별자치도교육청은 4일 고창교육지원청에서 유정기 부교육감 주재로 고창 지역 행정실장 간담회를 열었다. 이날 간담회에는 공·사립학교 행정실장 30여 명이 참석해 교육재정 운용, 조직문화 개선, 업무 효율화 방안 등에 대해 의견을 나눴다.

유 부교육감은 “현장의 목소리를 직접 듣고 실질적인 지원책을 마련하는 것이 중요하다”며, 지속적인 소통을 통한 교육행정 개선 의지를 밝혔다.

전북교육청은 이번 고창 간담회를 시작으로 권역별 행정실장 간담회를 이어갈 계획이다.

The North Jeolla Provincial Office of Education held a meeting with school administrative officers from the Gochang area on April 4 at the Gochang Office of Education, presided over by Vice Superintendent Yoo Jeong-gi.

More than 30 administrative officers from public and private schools participated in the meeting, where they exchanged opinions on topics such as education budget management, improving organizational culture, and enhancing administrative efficiency.

Vice Superintendent Yoo emphasized the importance of directly listening to voices from the field and preparing practical support measures, expressing his commitment to improving educational administration through continued communication.

Starting with the Gochang meeting, the North Jeolla Office of Education plans to hold similar regional meetings with administrative officers across the province.
