전북현대모터스FC(이하 전북현대)가 2025시즌의 마지막 퍼즐을 맞췄다.

전북현대가 호주 A리그 출신 윙 포워드 공격수 조엘 아나스모(Joel Anasmo/20세/180cm/WF)을 막바지 영입하며 방점을 찍었다.

전북현대는 호주 A리그 퍼스 글로리에서 활약하고 있는 윙포워드 조엘 아나스모를 영입해 팀 공격의 속도를 높였다.

전북현대는 지난 3월 연맹 선수등록을 마쳤으나 선수의 비자 발급 등 출입국 관련 행정 절차를 마친 후 영입 발표가 가능해 팬들에게 전하는 소식이 늦게 된 상황을 설명했다.

조엘 아나스모는 20세의 어린 나이에 미래의 잠재력이 풍부한 선수다.

지난 23/24시즌 호주 A리그에서 첫 프로 무대를 밟은 조엘 아나스모는 데뷔 첫해 11경기에서 나서 1득점을 기록했다.

이후 24/25시즌도 11경기째 출전하며 차츰 자신의 기량을 키워가고 있는 유망주로서 앞으로의 기대가 더 큰 선수다.

특히 23년에는 프리 시즌 당시 잉글랜드 웨스트햄과의 연습 경기 등에서 선보인 그의 잠재력에 많은 유럽팀들의 관심이 쏟아졌다.

조엘 아나스모는 빠른 발로 측면을 돌파는 능력이 뛰어난 선수로 전북현대 양 측면 공격에 스피드와 파괴력이 실릴 것으로 보인다.

전북현대는 지난 7일 전병관 선수가 입대하며 생긴 윙포워드 공백을 조엘 아나스모가 충분히 채울 것으로 기대한다.
