전북교육연수원은 7일부터 8일까지 도내 초·중등·특수 교감 및 교육전문직원 165명을 대상으로 교장 자격 정책연수를 실시했다.

이번 연수는 미래교육을 이끌 학교장 양성을 목표로, 교육정책 이해와 학교 경영, 리더십 역량 강화를 중심으로 구성됐다. 참가자들은 갈등관리와 소통, 문제 해결 능력 향상을 위한 다양한 프로그램에 참여했다.

특히 전북교육의 핵심 정책과 연계된 사례 중심 강의가 큰 호응을 얻었다.

민완성 원장은 “이번 연수는 자격 취득을 넘어 학교 경영의 새로운 패러다임을 제시하는 과정”이라며 “앞으로도 변화에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 연수를 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

This training was designed with the goal of fostering future educational leaders, focusing on understanding educational policies, school management, and enhancing leadership skills. Participants engaged in various programs aimed at conflict management, communication, and improving problem-solving abilities.

In particular, lectures centered around case studies linked to Jeonbuk education's core policies received a great response.

Director Min Wan-seong stated, "This training is a process that goes beyond acquiring qualifications to present a new paradigm for school management," adding, "We will continue to provide training that can actively respond to changes in the future."
