순창군이 교육부와 국가평생교육진흥원이 주관한 ‘2025년 성인문해교육사업’ 공모에 선정돼 국비 포함 4,500만 원을 확보했다.

군은 이번 사업을 통해 정규교육 기회를 놓친 성인들을 대상으로 기초문해, 디지털문해, 생활문해 등 맞춤형 찾아가는 교육 프로그램을 운영할 계획이다.

기초문해교육은 기존 7개소에서 11개소로 확대되며, 스마트폰 활용 등 디지털문해교육은 7개소, 실생활에 도움이 되는 생활문해(영어) 교육은 2개소에서 새롭게 실시된다.

교육 대상지 선정은 수요조사를 통해 이뤄질 예정이며, 신청 및 문의는 순창군청 행정과(063-650-1239)로 하면 된다.

Sunchang County has been selected in the open call for the '2025 Adult Literacy Education Project' organized by the Ministry of Education and the National Institute for Lifelong Education, securing a total of 45 million won including government funding.

Through this project, the county plans to operate tailored education programs such as basic literacy, digital literacy, and practical literacy targeting adults who have missed out on regular education opportunities.

The basic literacy education will be expanded from the existing 7 locations to 11, while digital literacy education including smartphone utilization will be conducted in 7 locations, and practical literacy (English) education that is helpful in daily life will be newly implemented in 2 locations.
