전북교육연수원이 교감을 대상으로 ‘2025 교감 정책 역량강화 연수’를 운영한다.

이번 연수는 교감의 갈등관리, 교권보호, 실무 전문성 강화를 통해 중간관리자로서의 리더십을 높이기 위해 마련됐다. 연수는 초등과 중등으로 나눠 총 4기수로 운영되며, 각 기수는 학교급과 역량 수준에 맞춘 맞춤형 주제로 구성된다.

17일 진행된 1기 연수에서는 ‘갈등관리 리더십’, ‘교감 업무 마스터플랜’ 등 조직문화 개선과 업무 전문성 강화를 다뤘다. 이어 중등 2기와 초등 2기 연수는 각각 22일과 24일에 진행되며, 행정혁신과 교권보호가 핵심 주제다.

연수는 강의, 실습, 토의, 워크숍 등 실천 중심의 방식으로 진행돼 현장 적용력을 높인다.

민완성 원장은 “교감은 학교의 신뢰와 안정에 핵심적 역할을 한다”며 “이번 연수를 통해 협력적 학교문화를 선도할 리더로 성장하길 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

Jeonbuk Education Training Institute is operating the '2025 Vice Principal Policy Capacity Enhancement Training' for vice principals.

This training is designed to enhance the leadership of vice principals as middle managers through conflict management, protection of educational authority, and strengthening of practical expertise. The training is divided into a total of four sessions for elementary and middle school levels, each tailored with customized topics based on the school level and competency.

The first session, held on the 17th, focused on topics such as 'conflict management leadership' and 'vice principal business master plan' to address organizational culture improvement and enhancement of professional expertise. The second sessions for middle and elementary schools will take place on the 22nd and 24th respectively, with administrative innovation and protection of educational authority as key themes.

The training is conducted through practical methods such as lectures, practice, discussions, and workshops to enhance on-site applicability.

Director Min Wansung expressed, "Vice principals play a crucial role in the trust and stability of schools," and stated, "I hope that through this training, they will grow into leaders who can lead a collaborative school culture."
