전북교육청은 태풍·호우·폭염 등 여름철 자연재난에 대비해 안전관리 대책을 본격 추진한다고 27일 밝혔다.

교육청은 이날 완주꿈이공에서 교육지원청 재난업무담당자 회의를 열고, 재난 대응 방안을 안내했다. 주요 대책으로는 비상연락망 현행화, 학사일정 조정, 재해취약시설 점검, 풍수해 행동요령 교육 등이 포함됐다.

특히 재난단계별 대응체계를 정비해 비상 시 전담반을 구성하고, 24시간 비상연락 및 상황 보고체계를 구축해 신속 대응이 가능하도록 했다. 대응 기간은 태풍·호우는 10월 15일까지, 폭염은 9월 30일까지다.

장경단 학교안전과장은 “사소한 위험요소도 철저히 점검해 학생과 교직원의 안전을 확보하고, 피해를 최소화할 수 있도록 각급 학교의 적극적인 대비를 당부한다”고 밝혔다.

On that day, the education office held a meeting of disaster management officials at Wanju Dreamy School to provide guidance on disaster response measures. Key measures included updating emergency contact networks, adjusting academic schedules, inspecting disaster-prone facilities, and providing education on actions to take during wind and water disasters.

In particular, they established a response system for each level of disaster, forming dedicated teams for emergencies and setting up a 24-hour emergency contact and situation reporting system to enable swift responses. The response period is until October 15 for typhoons and heavy rains, and until September 30 for heatwaves.

Jang Gyeong-dan, head of school safety, stated, "We urge all schools at every level to actively prepare by thoroughly checking even minor risks to ensure the safety of students and staff, and to minimize damages."
