박랑주 작가가 오는 6월 9일부터 18일까지 전주시 완산구 은행로 30(동학혁명 기념관 옆) 사용자공유공간 플랜C 에서 개인전을 개최한다. 이번 전시의 주제는 '투명한 틈, 의식의 그림자'로, 고립과 의식 간의 얇고 미묘한 경계를 작품을 통해 섬세하게 표현한다.

작가는 이번 전시에서 인간 존재의 고립과 소통의 한계를 집중적으로 탐구한다. 전시작 중 은 한 인물이 소파에 앉아 있는 모습을 통해 나른함과 긴장감을 동시에 드러내며 외로움과 고립감을 상징적으로 나타낸다. 이 작품 속의 인물은 뚜렷한 존재감을 지우며 감상자와의 교감을 통해 보이지 않는 내면의 감정에 집중하도록 유도한다.

또 다른 작품인 scene-01 은 두 인물 사이의 소통이 투명한 막과 뒤엉킨 텍스처로 방해받는 장면을 묘사하며 관계의 본질적인 단절감을 강렬히 전달한다. 특히 작품에 사용된 파란색의 차가운 색조는 정서적 거리감을 표현하는 동시에 서로 연결되고자 하는 인간의 욕망을 더욱 강조한다.

박랑주 작가는 "삶 속에서 자신과 타인으로부터의 분리를 경험하며 생기는 섬세한 감정들을 포착하고 싶었다"며 "투명한 층 아래에서 관람자 역시 자기 내면과 마주하는 계기가 되기를 바란다"고 전했다.

관람 시간은 오후 1시부터 7시까지이며, 입장은 무료이다. 이번 전시를 통해 박 작가가 그리는 투명하고 미묘한 정서의 틈새를 체험해보는 것도 흥미로운 경험이 될 것이다.

Writer Park Lang-joo will hold a solo exhibition at the shared space Plan C in Eunhaeng-ro 30, Wansan-gu, Jeonju from June 9th to 18th. The theme of this exhibition is 'Transparent Gap, Shadow of Consciousness,' delicately expressing the thin and subtle boundary between isolation and consciousness through artworks.

In this exhibition, the artist intensely explores the isolation of human existence and the limits of communication. One of the exhibited works portrays a figure sitting on a sofa, simultaneously revealing lethargy and tension, symbolically representing loneliness and isolation. The figure in this piece erases a clear sense of presence, prompting viewers to focus on the unseen emotions within through interaction.

Another piece, scene-01, portrays a moment where communication between two figures is hindered by a translucent barrier and entangled textures, powerfully conveying the fundamental sense of disconnection in relationships. The cool blue tones used in the work emphasize emotional distance while simultaneously highlighting the human desire for connection.

Park Lang-joo stated, "I wanted to capture the delicate emotions that arise from experiencing separation from oneself and others in life," and expressed hope that "viewers under the transparent layers will become a catalyst to face their inner selves."

The exhibition will be open from 1 PM to 7 PM, and admission is free. Experiencing the transparent and subtle emotional gaps depicted by Park in this exhibition will be an interesting experience.
