전주시가 의료와 돌봄을 연계한 통합지원체계를 통해 돌봄 사각지대 해소에 성과를 내고 있다.

시는 16일, 김경훈 통합돌봄사례관리사가 한국통합사례관리학회로부터 ‘2025년도 통합사례관리 발전 기여 분야 표창’을 수상했다고 밝혔다. 김 사례관리사는 의료적 개입이 필요한 고위험 가구를 발굴·연계하고, 데이터 기반의 사례관리를 강화한 공로를 인정받았다.

전주시는 2023년부터 의료-돌봄 통합지원 시범사업을 추진하며 퇴원 환자 건강관리, 방문 간호, 재활·한방 서비스 등 다양한 맞춤형 지원 모델을 정착시켜왔다.

김경훈 사례관리사는 “촘촘한 의료돌봄 체계 구축에 기여해 기쁘다”고 전했으며, 이금안 노인복지과장은 “15명의 사례관리사들의 헌신이 전주시 돌봄사업 발전의 밑거름”이라고 밝혔다.

Jeonju City is achieving success in resolving blind spots in care through an integrated support system that combines medical care and care services.

On the 16th, the city announced that Kim Kyung-hoon, an integrated care case manager, received the '2025 Contribution Award in the Field of Integrated Case Management Development' from the Korean Integrated Case Management Society. Kim, the case manager, was recognized for his efforts in identifying and coordinating high-risk households requiring medical intervention, as well as strengthening data-based case management.

Since 2023, Jeonju City has been implementing a pilot project for integrated medical and care support, establishing various tailored support models such as post-discharge patient health management, home nursing, rehabilitation, and traditional Korean medicine services.

Kim Kyung-hoon, the case manager, expressed his joy in contributing to the establishment of a comprehensive medical and care system, while Lee Geum-an, the head of the elderly welfare department, stated that the dedication of the 15 case managers is the foundation for the development of care services in Jeonju City.
