전북교육청이 2026년도 전라북도교육비특별회계 예산편성을 앞두고 도민 의견수렴에 나선다.

교육청은 오는 6월 25일부터 8월 22일까지 도교육청 누리집, 우편, FAX, 방문 등을 통해 예산편성 의견서를 접수하고, 인터넷 설문조사도 병행한다고 24일 밝혔다.

의견제출 분야는 도내 전체 학교에 적용할 수 있는 교육사업 전반이며, 특정 학교를 위한 사업이 아닌 전체 전북교육을 위한 정책만 접수 가능하다. 지난해부터는 사업선정 특혜 논란을 방지하기 위해 심사 기준을 명확히 했다.

설문조사는 총 20문항으로 구성됐으며, 올해는 학생 참여를 확대하기 위해 학생 대상 항목도 신설했다. 설문은 전북교육청 10대 핵심과제 등 우선 투자 대상과 각 정책 분야별 필요 사업을 묻는 내용으로 구성됐다.

참여는 QR코드 또는 [설문조사 링크(https://ksurv.kr/akM3OT08OT0)]를 통해 가능하다.

이상곤 예산과장은 “다양한 교육수요자의 의견을 반영해 정책의 현장 안착과 만족도를 높이겠다”며 도민들의 적극적인 참여를 당부했다.

Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education is gearing up for the budget allocation for the Jeollabuk-do Education Special Account in 2026 by seeking opinions from the public.

The Education Office announced on the 24th that they will be accepting budget allocation opinions from June 25th to August 22nd through the provincial education office website, mail, fax, visits, and will also conduct an online survey simultaneously.

The areas for submitting opinions cover all educational projects that can be applied to schools throughout the province, and only policies for the entire Jeonbuk education system can be submitted, not specific projects for individual schools. To prevent controversies over preferential treatment in project selection, clear evaluation criteria have been established since last year.

The survey consists of a total of 20 questions, and this year, new categories have been added targeting students to expand their participation. The survey includes questions about the top 10 key tasks of Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education, priority investment targets, and necessary projects in each policy area.

Lee Sang-gon, head of the Budget Department, stated, "We will reflect the opinions of various education stakeholders to enhance the implementation and satisfaction of policies," and urged active participation from residents.
