전북특별자치도교육청은 9일 창조나래 5회의실에서 ‘2025학년도 직업계고 현장실습위원회’를 개최하고, 학교별 현장실습 운영 계획과 선도기업 인정 등을 주요 안건으로 논의했다.

이번 위원회에는 직업교육 전문가, 직업계고 교원, 기업체 관계자, 노무사, 학부모 등 16명이 참여했으며, 위원회는 연간 10차례 정기적으로 열리는 직업교육 협의체다. 실습 현장에서 발생하는 주요 사안을 다루기 위해 수시로도 열리며, 실효성 있는 현장실습 운영을 위한 정책 심의 기구 역할을 한다.

이날 회의에서는 △현장실습 운영 지침 개정 △선도기업 적합성 심사 △연계교육형 현장실습 운영기관 승인 △지도점검 및 모니터링 체계 강화 방안 등이 중점적으로 다뤄졌다.

특히 선도기업 인정 절차는 하이파이브(HIFIVE) 시스템 등록, 기업 현장실사, 서면심사 등을 거쳐 직무 적합성, 교육 여건, 산업안전 수준 등을 종합 평가해 엄정하게 진행된다.

전북교육청은 올해부터 실습 전 사전교육 강화, 실습 중 지도점검 확대, 실습 종료 후 평가보고서 제출 의무화 등을 통해 학생 안전 확보와 실습 효과 향상을 위한 실천적 기준을 마련하고 있다.

문형심 창의인재교육과장은 “현장실습위원회는 학교와 기업의 목소리를 정책에 반영하는 중요한 소통 창구”라며 “현장실습이 학생들의 실질적인 역량과 취업 경쟁력을 키우는 경험이 될 수 있도록 내실 있는 운영을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education held the "2025 Vocational High School On-Site Internship Committee" at the Changjo Narae 5th Conference Room on the 9th, discussing school-specific on-site internship operation plans and recognition of leading companies as key agenda items.

The committee, which convenes 10 times annually, is a vocational education consultative body that includes vocational education experts, vocational high school teachers, corporate representatives, labor consultants, and parents, with 16 members participating in this session. It convenes periodically to address major issues arising in internship sites and serves as a policy deliberation body for effective on-site internship operations.

During the meeting, the focus was on revising the on-site internship operation guidelines, assessing the suitability of leading companies, approving institutions for integrated educational on-site internships, and strengthening the guidance inspection and monitoring system.

In particular, the process for recognizing leading companies involves strict evaluation of job suitability, educational conditions, industrial safety standards, and more, through procedures such as registration in the HIFIVE system, on-site inspections, and written assessments.

Starting this year, the Jeonbuk Office of Education has established practical standards for ensuring student safety and enhancing internship effectiveness through measures such as strengthening pre-internship education, expanding guidance inspections during internships, and mandating submission of evaluation reports upon internship completion.

Moon Hyeong-sim, Head of the Creative Talent Education Department, stated, "The on-site internship committee is an important communication channel for reflecting the voices of schools and companies in policies," adding, "We will continue to operate with substance to ensure that internships become experiences that enhance students' practical capabilities and competitiveness in employment."
