North Jeolla Office of Education to Operate 'In-Person College Counseling Sessions Focused on Early Admissions for High School Seniors'

전북교육청은 2026학년도 대입 수시모집을 준비하는 고3 수험생과 학부모를 위해 ‘수시 집중 대면 진학상담’을 오는 8월 말부터 운영한다고 30일 밝혔다.
전주 진로·진학센터에서는 8월 29일부터 9월 5일까지 평일 오후 4시10시, 주말 오전 9시오후 6시까지 상담이 진행되며, 전주·군산·익산·정읍·남원·김제 등 6개 지역 교육지원청에서도 8월 30일 하루 동안 상담이 이뤄진다.
지역별 상담 장소는 △전주교육지원청 영재교육원 1·2층 △군산교육지원청 영재교육원 △익산교육지원청 3층 진로진학상담실 △정읍교육지원층 2층 회의실 △남원교육지원청 1층 대입지원실 △김제교육지원청 3층 진로체험센터이다.
상담은 전북 대입진학지도지원단 소속 전문교사 50여 명이 참여해 학생부 분석, 수시 지원 전략, 대학별 전형 안내 등 1:1 맞춤형 컨설팅을 제공한다. 상담 신청은 8월 1일부터 전북 진로진학 누리집(https://www.jbe.go.kr/jinro)에서 가능하며, 전주센터는 현장 접수도 일부 진행한다.
도교육청은 수험생에게 학생부, 모의평가 성적표 등 관련 자료 지참을 당부하며, 최은이 중등교육과장은 “수시 원서접수를 앞두고 전문가와 전략을 점검할 수 있는 좋은 기회”라고 강조했다.
The Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education announced on the 30th that they will be operating 'Focused Face-to-Face College Admission Counseling for Early Admissions Preparation for the 2026 Academic Year' for high school seniors and parents starting from the end of August.
At the Jeonju Career and College Counseling Center, counseling will be available from August 29 to September 5 on weekdays from 4:10 pm to 9 pm, and on weekends from 9 am to 6 pm. Additionally, counseling will be conducted for one day on August 30 at 6 regional education support offices including Jeonju, Gunsan, Iksan, Jeongeup, Namwon, and Gimje.
The counseling locations by region are as follows: △Jeonju Education Support Office, Gifted Education Institute 1st and 2nd floors △Gunsan Education Support Office, Gifted Education Institute △Iksan Education Support Office, 3rd floor Career and College Counseling Room △Jeongeup Education Support Office, 2nd floor Conference Room △Namwon Education Support Office, 1st floor College Admission Support Room △Gimje Education Support Office, 3rd floor Career Experience Center.
The counseling will be provided by over 50 specialized teachers from the Jeonbuk College Admission and College Counseling Support Team, offering tailored consulting on student analysis, early admission support strategies, and guidance on different university admissions processes. Counseling applications can be made from August 1 on the Jeonbuk Career and College Counseling website (https://www.jbe.go.kr/jinro), and the Jeonju center will also accept on-site registrations.
The provincial education office urges students to bring relevant documents such as student records and mock test score sheets, and Choi Eun-i, the Head of Secondary Education, emphasized that it is a good opportunity for students to review with experts and strategize ahead of the early admission application process.
