완주군교육통합지원센터(임성희센터장)는 8일 오전 10시, 완주가족문화교육원 2층 가족홀에서 ‘2025년 학교-마을교육과정 하반기 연수를 개최한다.

이번 연수는 2025년 학교-마을교육과정 프로그램을 운영 중인 32개 마을기관강사60여명을 대상으로 하며, 상반기 운영에 대한 점검과 하반기 운영 방향 공유, 그리고 마을강사의 전문성 향상과 정서적 회복을 위한 역량강화 프로그램으로 구성되었다.

이와 더불어, 마을강사 대상 역량 강화 연수로 ’비우고 채우는 루틴, 나를 찾는 리셋 데이‘를 주제로 한 레크리에이션 및 팀빌딩 프로그램이 진행된다.

하반기 연수는 단순한 정보 전달을 넘어, 교육 주체 간의 소통을 통해 학교-마을간 유기적 실천 협력 문화를 조성하고, 마을교육과정의 전문성을 강화함으로써 학교와 마을 간 상호 보완적 교육 구조를 실현하는 데 목적이 있다. 또한, 참여자의 집중력과 만족감을 극대화하는 연수 운영으로 지속가능한 개선 구조를 구축하고 프로그램의 지속 가능성과 질적 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

김난희 완주교육지원청교육장은 “마을교육과정이 학교 교육의 든든한 파트너로 자리잡기 위해서는 마을강사들의 지속적인 역량 강화와 정서적 회복이 매우 중요하다”며, “이번 연수를 통해 보다 탄탄한 협력 기반이 조성되길 바란다”고 말했다.

학교-마을교육과정은 전라북도완주교육지원청으로부터 위탁받아 완주군교육통합지원센터가 운영하고 있다.

On the morning of the 8th, at 10 a.m., Im Seong-hee, the director of the Wanju County Education Integrated Support Center, will hold the second half of the 2025 School-Village Education Curriculum training at the Wanju Family Cultural Education Center on the 2nd floor.

This training is targeted towards 60 village institution instructors from 32 organizations currently operating the 2025 School-Village Education Curriculum program. It is structured to include a review of the first half of the operation, sharing directions for the second half, as well as capacity-building programs for enhancing the professionalism and emotional recovery of village instructors.

In addition, a capacity-building training program for village instructors will include recreational and team-building activities with the theme 'Emptying and Filling Routine, Reset Day to Find Myself.'

The purpose of the second half of the training is not just to convey information but to foster an organic collaborative culture of practice between schools and villages through communication among educational stakeholders. It aims to enhance the professionalism of village education programs, realizing a mutually complementary educational structure between schools and villages. Furthermore, it is expected to contribute to the sustainable improvement structure and the quality enhancement of the program by maximizing participants' concentration and satisfaction.

Kim Nan-hee, the Wanju Education Support Office Director, stated, "For the Village Education Program to firmly establish itself as a reliable partner in school education, continuous capacity-building and emotional recovery of village instructors are crucial." She added, "Through this training, we hope to create a stronger foundation for cooperation."

The School-Village Education Curriculum is operated by the Wanju County Education Integrated Support Center, commissioned by the Jeollabuk-do Wanju Education Support Office.
