전북교육청이 9일 전주비전대학교 비전컨벤션홀에서 ‘2025 수학 마스터 캠프’를 열었다.

이번 캠프는 ‘수학 마스터즈클럽’에 참여하는 도내 일반계 고등학생 30개 팀을 대상으로 성과를 점검하고 경험을 공유하기 위해 마련됐다. 수학 마스터즈클럽은 전담 수학 교사와 함께 수능형 문제 해결력 향상, 맞춤형 멘토링, 성적 분석, 학습 전략 제공 등을 지원하는 프로그램으로 지난 5월부터 12월까지 운영된다.

캠프는 ‘스스로 성장하는 수학 공부법’ 전체 특강과 수학Ⅰ·수학Ⅱ·확률과 통계로 나뉜 분반 특강으로 진행됐다. 참가 학생들은 학습 전략을 배우고, 활동 성과와 경험을 나누며 상호 소통의 시간을 가졌다.

문형심 창의인재교육과장은 “캠프가 학생들의 수학적 자신감과 학업 성취 향상에 실질적인 도움이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

On the 9th, the Jeonbuk Education Office held the '2025 Math Master Camp' at Jeonju Vision University Vision Convention Hall.

This camp was organized to assess the achievements and share experiences of 30 teams of general high school students in the province participating in the 'Math Masters Club'. The Math Masters Club is a program that supports improvement in problem-solving skills for the college entrance exam, personalized mentoring, grade analysis, and learning strategies, conducted with dedicated math teachers from May to December.

The camp consisted of a special lecture on 'Self-Growing Math Study Methods' and breakout sessions divided into Math I, Math II, and Probability and Statistics. Participating students learned study strategies, shared their activities and experiences, and had time for mutual communication.

Moon Hyeong-sim, head of the Creative Talent Education Department, said, "I hope the camp will be of practical help in boosting students' mathematical confidence and academic achievements."
