전북특별자치도청소년상담복지센터(센터장 이상염)는 8월 2일부터 9일까지 익산유스호스텔에서 도내 여자청소년 24명을 대상으로 ‘2025 인터넷·스마트폰 치유캠프’를 진행했다.

이번 캠프는 인터넷·스마트폰 사용이 제한된 환경에서 자기관리 능력을 높이기 위해 개인·집단 상담, 대안활동, 동아리 활동, 부모교육 등 맞춤형 치유 프로그램을 제공했다. 비즈공예, 신체놀이, 음악치료, 반려견 훈련, 놀이공원·미디어센터 체험 등 다양한 프로그램이 운영돼 참여 청소년들의 호응을 얻었다.

센터는 캠프 종료 후에도 사후모임과 청소년동반자 상담을 통해 생활 속 사용 조절을 지원할 계획이다. 이상염 센터장은 “청소년들이 자기조절 능력을 기르고 가정에서도 이를 유지할 수 있도록 부모들의 관심과 지도가 필요하다”고 말했다.

The Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Youth Counseling and Welfare Center (Director Lee Sang-yeom) conducted a '2025 Internet and Smartphone Healing Camp' for 24 female adolescents in the province from August 2 to 9 at the Iksan Youth Hostel.

This camp provided tailored healing programs such as individual and group counseling, alternative activities, club activities, and parent education to enhance self-management skills in an environment with restricted internet and smartphone use. Various programs like business crafts, physical activities, music therapy, pet training, amusement park and media center experiences were operated, receiving positive responses from participating adolescents.

The center plans to support lifestyle adjustments through post-camp meetings and adolescent companion counseling even after the camp ends. Director Lee mentioned, "It is necessary for parents to show interest and provide guidance for adolescents to cultivate self-regulation skills and maintain them at home."
