남원시가 사회적경제에 관심 있는 마을 공동체, 소상공인, 소기업, 예비 창업자, 시민 등을 대상으로 ‘2025년 남원시 사회적경제 아카데미’ 수강생을 오는 20일까지 모집한다.

아카데미는 8월 21일부터 9월 18일까지 매주 목요일 오후 남원시공동체지원센터에서 총 5회 진행되며, 교육비는 무료다. 모집 인원은 30명 이내이며, 전 과정의 80% 이상 참석 시 수료증이 발급되고 2026년 예비사회적기업 지정 공모 시 사전 교육 실적으로 인정된다.

교육 내용은 △사회적경제 이해 및 지원 정책 △우수 사회적기업 사례 △신사업 분야 창업 사례(태양광) △비즈니스 모델 설계 △예비사회적기업·마을기업 지정 공모 대응 컨설팅 등으로 구성됐다.

최경식 남원시장은 “사회적경제는 공동체 기반의 사회적 가치 실현과 일자리 창출에 중요한 역할을 한다”며 “주민 주도형 사회적경제 비즈니스가 성장할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

Nanwon City is recruiting participants for the '2025 Nanwon City Social Economy Academy' until the 20th of this month, targeting village communities, small business owners, small enterprises, prospective entrepreneurs, and citizens interested in social economy.

The academy will be held for a total of 5 sessions from August 21 to September 18 every Thursday afternoon at the Nanwon City Community Support Center, and the education is free of charge. The recruitment is limited to 30 people, and a certificate of completion will be issued if participants attend over 80% of the entire course, which will be recognized as prior education performance for the 2026 preliminary social enterprise designation contest.

The education content includes understanding and supporting policies for social economy, successful cases of social enterprises, startup cases in new business areas (solar energy), business model design, and consulting for responding to designations for prospective social enterprises and village enterprises.

Mayor Choi Kyung-sik stated, "Social economy plays an important role in realizing social values based on communities and creating jobs," adding, "We will actively support the growth of resident-led social economy businesses."
