전북특별자치도는 ‘더불어 살피고, 함께 나누는 활기 넘치는 추석 명절’을 기본 방향으로, 4개 분야 14개 과제 ‘추석 민생안정 종합대책’을 마련해 시행한다.

노홍석 행정부지사는 23일 언론브리핑을 통해 연휴 기간 동안 종합상황실(재난·재해 대책 등 7개반)을 운영하여 각종 사건·사고 예방하고 유사시 신속한 대응태세를 유지해 도민 불편을 최소화할 방침이라고 밝혔다.

이날 2025년 달라지는 추석 명절 정책으로는 지역경제 활력 제고를 위해 △지역사랑상품권 구매한도(최대 150만원) 및 할인율(최대 20%) 확대 △농어민 공익수당 확대 개편(1인가구 60만원, 2인 이상 가구 1인당 30만원 지급) △상생페이백(지난해 월평균 카드 소비액 대비 올해 9~11월 소비 증가분 20% 환급) △중소기업·소상공인 긴급경영안정자금 지원 등을 추진한다고 발표했다.

North Jeolla Special Self-Governing Province has established and implemented a comprehensive plan for ensuring stability in people's lives during the Chuseok holiday, with the basic direction of "vibrant Chuseok holiday where we look out for each other and share together," consisting of 14 tasks in four areas.

Vice Governor Noh Hong-seok announced on the 23rd that during the holiday period, they will operate a comprehensive situation room (comprising 7 departments for disaster and accident response) to prevent various incidents and accidents and maintain a swift response posture in case of emergencies to minimize inconvenience for residents.

As part of the Chuseok holiday policies that will take effect by 2025, measures to boost local economy vitality include: △expansion of the purchase limit (up to 1.5 million won) and discount rate (up to 20%) for local love gift vouchers △expansion and revision of public interest subsidies for farmers and fishermen (60,000 won for single-person households, 30,000 won per person for households with two or more people) △mutual growth payback (20% refund for increased consumption from September to November this year compared to the monthly average card spending last year) △support for emergency management stability funds for small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners.
