전북현대의 N팀이 권순형 감독을 필두로 한 새로운 코칭스태프 구성을 완료하고 본격적인 새 시즌 준비에 돌입한다.

N팀의 새로운 사령탑으로 선임된 권순형 감독(39)은 선수 시절 K리그에서 잔뼈가 굵은 베테랑 미드필더 출신이다.

고려대를 졸업한 후 강원FC, 제주SKFC, 성남FC 등에서 활약하며 탁월한 경기 운영 능력을 보여왔다.

선수 은퇴 후 2024년부터 성남FC U15 감독을 역임하며 지도자로서의 역량을 입증했으며, 젊은 감각과 리더십을 바탕으로 N팀의 변화를 이끌 적임자로 평가받는다.

권순형 감독을 보좌할 코칭스태프도 구성됐다.

정다훤 코치(37)는 FC서울, 제주SKFC, 경남FC, 광주FC 등 다수의 K리그 구단에서 풍부한 경험을 갖춘 미드필더 겸 수비수 선수 출신으로 실전 경험을 선수단에 전수할 예정이다.

골키퍼 포지션에는 올 시즌 A팀 골키퍼를 지도했던 황희훈 코치가 N팀과 유스팀까지 아우르는 총괄 지도를 맡게 된다.

체계적인 선수 관리를 위해 전남드래곤즈 유스팀에서 피지컬 코치로 활약한 이정우 코치(32)도 합류한다.

전북현대는 “선수 시절부터 성실함과 리더십으로 정평이 났던 권순형 감독과 각 분야의 전문가들이 모여 최상의 시너지를 낼 것으로 기대한다”며, “팬들에게 성장하는 축구를 보여드릴 수 있도록 전폭적인 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 밝혔다.

권순형 감독은 “전북현대 N팀의 역할은 미래를 위한 소중한 자산을 키워내는 일이다”며 “N팀 선수들이 전북현대에서 잘 성장해 팀의 밑거름이 될 수 있는 선수가 되도록 최선을 다하겠다”며 포부를 전했다.

한편, 구성을 마친 N팀 코칭스태프는 오는 1월 13일 인도네시아 발리로 동계 전지훈련을 떠나 차기 시즌을 준비할 예정이다.

North Jeolla Hyundai's N team has completed the formation of a new coaching staff led by coach Kwon Soon-hyung and is now fully immersed in preparing for the upcoming season.

Coach Kwon Soon-hyung (39), the newly appointed commander of the N team, is a veteran midfielder with a strong backbone from his playing days in the K League.

After graduating from Korea University, he showcased excellent game management skills while playing for teams such as Gangwon FC, Jeju SKFC, and Seongnam FC.

After retiring as a player, he served as the U15 coach for Seongnam FC starting in 2024, proving his coaching abilities. He is evaluated as a suitable candidate to lead the transformation of the N team based on his youthful sensibility and leadership.

A coaching staff to assist Coach Kwon Soon-hyung has also been formed.

Coach Jung Da-hoon (37), a midfielder and defender with rich experience from various K League clubs including FC Seoul, Jeju SKFC, Gyeongnam FC, and Gwangju FC, will pass on his practical experience to the players.

In the goalkeeper position, Coach Hwang Hee-hoon, who coached the A team goalkeepers this season, will take on the comprehensive coaching role for both the N team and the youth team.

To ensure systematic player management, Coach Lee Jung-woo (32), who previously worked as a physical coach for Jeonnam Dragons' youth team, will also join the staff.

North Jeolla Hyundai stated, "We expect Coach Kwon Soon-hyung, who has been known for his diligence and leadership since his playing days, and experts in each field to create the best synergy," and expressed their commitment to providing full support to show the fans a growing football team.

Coach Kwon Soon-hyung said, "The role of North Jeolla Hyundai N team is to nurture valuable assets for the future," and expressed his determination to do his best so that N team players can grow well at North Jeolla Hyundai and become the foundation of the team.

Meanwhile, the completed N team coaching staff will depart for winter training in Bali, Indonesia on January 13 to prepare for the upcoming season.
