They have strengthened their midfield, attack, and defense simultaneously by acquiring top-tier Brazilian midfielder Obertan, proven large striker Moda, and national team center-back Park Ji-soo.

Jeonbuk first added Obertan, considered one of the best midfielders in the K League, to bolster their midfield. Obertan, who previously played for Pohang Steelers, is a versatile player who can handle both central and defensive midfield roles. He proved his top-tier abilities by making it to the K League 1 Best 11 in the 2024 season. Known for his tireless work rate, astute defense, and ability to read the game, Obertan is expected to supply energy to the team throughout the 90 minutes and be the core axis of the team's offensive and defensive balance. With Obertan's arrival, Jeonbuk expects to vividly demonstrate their team color of high pressing followed by quick offensive transitions.

In the attacking line, they maximized their firepower by loaning in the tall Brazilian striker Moda. Standing at 193cm, Moda possesses overwhelming aerial prowess and solid physicality, already a proven goal scorer in the K League. He recorded 14 goals and 4 assists with FC Anyang last season, showcasing his scoring ability and decisiveness. Alongside Companhia and Thiago, Jeonbuk has completed a front line combination at the league's highest level.
