정읍시장애인종합복지관이 지난 22일 장애인 일자리 사업의 원활한 운영과 배치기관 간 협력 강화를 위해 관계자 40여 명과 간담회를 열었다.

이번 간담회에서는 사업 안내, 복무 규정, 급여 관련 서류 작성법 등 실무 정보를 공유하고, 현장에서의 애로사항을 청취하며 개선 방향을 논의하는 시간을 가졌다.

복지관은 올해 일자리 사업의 핵심 목표를 ‘질적 성장’으로 설정하고, 참여자의 근무 태도 체계화와 현장 관리 강화를 통해 직무 적응과 일자리 안정성 제고에 주력할 계획이다.

2026년 복지관은 총사업비 26억 2,000만원을 투입해 전년보다 20명 증가한 176명의 장애인을 고용 중이며, 일반형(행정도우미) 54명, 복지일자리 87명, 시각장애인 안마사 9명, 최중증 공공일자리 26명 등 유형별 맞춤형 일자리를 운영하고 있다.

복지관 관계자는 “경제적 자립과 사회 참여 확대에 의미를 두고 사업을 추진 중”이라며 “배치기관과의 긴밀한 협력을 통해 장애인들이 지역사회에서 안정적으로 일할 수 있도록 힘쓰겠다”고 밝혔다.

During the meeting, practical information such as program guidance, service regulations, and salary-related document preparation was shared. They also discussed ways to address on-site challenges and improve the direction of the program.

This year, the welfare center has set the core goal of the employment program as 'qualitative growth' and plans to focus on job adaptation and job stability through systematizing participants' work attitudes and strengthening on-site management.

In 2026, the welfare center plans to employ 176 disabled individuals, an increase of 20 from the previous year, with a total budget of 2.62 billion won. They operate customized job placements for different types, including 54 general administrative assistants, 87 welfare job placements, 9 visually impaired massage therapists, and 26 severely disabled public job placements.

A welfare center official stated, "We are pursuing the program with a focus on economic self-reliance and expanding social participation," adding, "We will strive to help disabled individuals work stably in the local community through close cooperation with placement agencies."
