【전북장애인뉴스】남원시는 관내 사회연대경제기업의 디지털 역량 강화를 위해 운영한 ‘2026년 남원시 사회연대경제기업 AI 홍보·마케팅 교육’을 마무리했다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 지난 6월 9일부터 7월 14일까지 매주 화요일 총 6회에 걸쳐 진행됐다. 대상은 예비사회적기업, 사회적기업, 마을기업, 협동조합 등 관내 사회연대경제기업 대표와 실무자들이다.
교육은 변화하는 온라인 마케팅 환경에 대응하고 기업의 자체 홍보 역량을 높이기 위해 마련됐다. 과정은 챗GPT, 제미나이, 클로드, NotebookLM 등 생성형 AI 도구의 기초 이해부터 브랜드 기획안 작성, 스토리텔링 콘텐츠 제작, 동영상·음악 제작 실습, 멀티 에이전트 자동화 등 실무 중심으로 구성됐다.
특히 참가자들이 직접 AI 도구를 활용해 홍보 콘텐츠와 영상 결과물을 제작하는 실습형 방식으로 진행돼 현장 활용도를 높였다.
남원시공동체지원센터는 교육 수료기업 가운데 희망 기업을 대상으로 AI 전문 컨설턴트와 연계한 1대1 대면 컨설팅도 지원할 계획이다. 컨설팅은 기업별 브랜드 특성과 사회적 가치 스토리에 맞춰 진행된다.
남원시 관계자는 “이번 교육이 사회연대경제기업의 외부 대행 의존도를 줄이고 디지털 자립 기반을 마련하는 계기가 되길 바란다”며 “맞춤형 컨설팅 등 후속 지원도 이어가겠다”고 말했다.
