무주군은 오는 8월 12일까지 ‘2026 무주군 민생 규제 집중 발굴 기간’을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

이번 발굴 기간은 일상생활과 경제활동을 제약하는 불합리한 규제를 찾아 개선하고, 주민 불편 해소와 지역경제 활성화를 도모하기 위해 마련됐다. 무주군민 누구나 참여할 수 있다.

발굴 분야는 생활 불편, 민생경제, 지역·미래산업, 사회적 약자, 법령·제도 등이다. 소방·보건·교통·주택·환경 분야의 불편, 중소기업·소상공인·자영업자의 경영 애로, 관광·농수축산업·농공단지 관련 규제, AI·드론 등 신산업 분야 규제 등이 대상이다.

또 저소득층, 장애인, 다문화가정, 여성, 아동 등 사회적 약자가 겪는 불편 사항과 시대에 맞지 않는 법령·제도 개선 의견도 접수한다. 다만 단순 민원이나 예산·세제 지원, 요금 감면 등 비규제 사항은 제외된다.

신청은 무주군 누리집 공지사항에서 서식을 내려받아 작성한 뒤 전자우편이나 우편으로 제출하면 된다. 무주군은 누리집에 ‘찾아가는 지방규제 신고센터 게시판’도 상시 운영하고 있다.

접수된 제안은 관련 부서 검토를 거쳐 자치법규 개선이나 중앙부처 건의 등으로 이어질 수 있도록 추진할 방침이다.

임채영 무주군 기획조정실장은 “주민이 일상에서 겪는 작은 불편이 규제혁신의 출발점”이라며 “군민이 변화를 체감할 수 있도록 현장의 목소리를 적극 반영하겠다”고 말했다.

Muju County announced that it will operate the '2026 Muju County Livelihood Regulation Intensive Excavation Period' until August 12th.

This excavation period is designed to identify and improve unreasonable regulations that restrict daily life and economic activities, aiming to alleviate residents' inconveniences and promote local economic revitalization. Anyone in Muju County can participate.

The areas of excavation include inconveniences in daily life, livelihood economy, local and future industries, socially vulnerable groups, laws and regulations, etc. The targets include inconveniences in areas such as fire safety, health, transportation, housing, environment, operational difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, small business owners, self-employed individuals, regulations related to tourism, agriculture, livestock, and industrial complexes, as well as regulations in emerging industries such as AI and drones.

In addition, inconveniences faced by socially vulnerable groups such as low-income households, people with disabilities, multicultural families, women, children, and opinions on outdated laws and regulations are also accepted. However, matters such as simple complaints, budget or tax support, fee reductions, etc., are excluded.

To apply, one can download the form from the Muju County website's notice board, fill it out, and submit it via email or mail. Muju County also operates the 'Local Regulation Reporting Center Bulletin Board' on its website.

The proposals received will be reviewed by relevant departments and will be pushed forward for improvement of local regulations or suggestions to central ministries.

Im Chae-young, Director of the Planning and Coordination Office of Muju County, stated, "The small inconveniences experienced by residents in their daily lives are the starting point for regulatory innovation," and added, "We will actively reflect the voices from the field so that residents can feel the change."
