전주시 지역사회보장협의체가 복지 사각지대 해소와 현장 중심 복지 실천을 위한 역량 강화에 나섰다.

전주시 지역사회보장협의체는 18일 완주군 안덕건강힐링체험마을에서 대표·실무·동 협의체 위원 80여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘일상에서 누리는 신바람 복지’를 주제로 역량 강화 워크숍을 개최했다.

이번 워크숍은 지역 복지 현장에서 활동하는 위원들의 전문성을 높이고, 민·관 협력체계와 위원 간 소통을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.

이날 김아현 강사는 ‘마음의 문을 여는 심리 커뮤니케이션’을 주제로 특강을 진행했다. 참석자들은 복지 대상자 상담에 필요한 심리적 접근법과 효과적인 대화 방법을 배우며 현장 대응 능력을 점검했다.

이어 진행된 ‘우리동네 복지 톡톡(Talk Talk)’에서는 각 동의 우수 복지 사례를 공유하고, 지역에서 마주하는 복지 현안과 전주형 복지 모델의 발전 방향을 함께 논의했다.

위원들은 또 인절미 만들기와 한방 향기 주머니 제작 등 체험 프로그램에 참여하며 재충전의 시간을 가졌고, 대표·실무·동 협의체 간 협력과 유대도 다졌다.

전주시 지역사회보장협의체 관계자는 “민·관이 한마음으로 고민과 성과를 나눈 뜻깊은 시간이었다”며 “현장에서 활용할 수 있는 우수 사례를 적극 공유해 시민이 체감하는 복지 서비스로 이어가겠다”고 말했다.

전주시 관계자는 “복지 사각지대 발굴을 위해 현장에서 애쓰는 협의체 위원들께 감사드린다”며 “소외된 이웃 없는 전주를 위해 민·관이 함께 힘을 모아가겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Jeonju City Community Welfare Council has embarked on strengthening its capacity to resolve blind spots in welfare and implement welfare practices focusing on the field.

On the 18th, the Jeonju City Community Welfare Council held a capacity enhancement workshop with around 80 representatives, practitioners, and community council members at the Andeok Health Healing Experience Village in Wanju County, under the theme of 'Welfare of New Hope Enjoyed in Daily Life.'

The workshop was designed to enhance the expertise of members working in the local welfare field and strengthen communication among civil servants, officials, and council members.

On that day, instructor Kim Ahyun conducted a special lecture on 'Opening the Door of the Heart through Psychological Communication.' Participants learned psychological approaches necessary for counseling welfare recipients and effective communication methods, assessing their on-site response capabilities.

In the subsequent 'Our Neighborhood Welfare Talk Talk,' outstanding welfare cases in each neighborhood were shared, and discussions were held on welfare issues faced in the region and the direction of the Jeonju-style welfare model's development.

Members also participated in experiential programs such as making rice cakes and crafting herbal scent pouches, allowing them to recharge and foster cooperation and solidarity among representatives, practitioners, and community council members.

A Jeonju City Community Welfare Council official stated, "It was a meaningful time where civil servants and officials shared concerns and achievements with one heart," adding, "We will actively share excellent cases that can be utilized in the field to continue providing welfare services that citizens can feel."

A Jeonju City official expressed gratitude to the council members who are working hard in the field to uncover welfare blind spots, saying, "For a Jeonju without marginalized neighbors, civil servants and officials will gather strength together."
