전북특별자치도가 3일 도청 1층 로비에서 공공기관의 장애인표준사업장 생산품 우선구매 확대와 장애인 일자리 창출 지원을 위한 '장애인표준사업장 생산품 우선구매 활성화 박람회'를 개최했다.

이번 박람회는 한국장애인고용공단과 (사)한국장애인표준사업장협회가 공동으로 마련했으며, 공공기관 구매·계약 담당자의 우선구매 제도에 대한 이해를 높이고 장애인표준사업장 생산품의 우수성을 알리기 위해 추진됐다.

행사에서는 장애인표준사업장 생산품 전시·홍보 부스를 운영해 다양한 제품을 소개하고, 공공기관 구매·계약 담당자를 대상으로 우선구매 컨설팅을 실시했다. 이를 통해 공공기관과 생산업체 간 구매 상담을 지원하며 실질적인 판로 확대 기반을 마련했다.

이날 오후에는 도청 공연장에서 한국장애인고용공단 주관으로 우선구매 제도 교육을 진행해 공공기관 담당자들의 제도 이해도를 높이고 구매 실무 역량 강화를 지원했다.

도는 「장애인고용촉진 및 직업재활법」에 따라 공공기관이 총 구매액의 0.8% 이상을 장애인표준사업장 생산품으로 구매하도록 규정된 의무구매 제도의 실효성을 높이기 위해 부서별 구매실적 관리와 맞춤형 컨설팅, 전시·홍보 행사 등을 지속 추진할 계획이다.

이원택 전북자치도지사는 "이번 박람회가 공공기관의 우선구매 제도에 대한 이해를 높이고 장애인표준사업장 생산품 구매 확대로 이어지는 계기가 되기를 기대한다"며 "앞으로도 장애인표준사업장의 안정적인 판로 확보와 장애인 고용 확대를 위해 다양한 지원을 지속해 나가겠다"고 말했다.

This fair was jointly organized by the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled and the Korean Association of Disabled Standard Workshop, aimed at raising awareness of the priority purchase system for public institution procurement and contract officials and promoting the excellence of products from disabled standard workshops.

At the event, booths showcasing products from disabled standard workshops were operated to introduce various products and priority purchase consulting was provided to procurement and contract officials of public institutions. This helped support purchase consultations between public institutions and manufacturing companies, laying the groundwork for actual market expansion.

In the afternoon, a training session on the priority purchase system was conducted by the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled at the provincial performance hall to enhance the understanding of the system among public institution officials and strengthen their purchasing practical skills.

The province plans to continue managing departmental purchase performance, providing tailored consulting, and organizing exhibitions and promotional events to increase the effectiveness of the mandatory purchase system, which requires public institutions to purchase over 0.8% of the total purchase amount from products of disabled standard workshops, in accordance with the 'Promotion of Employment for the Disabled and Vocational Rehabilitation Act'.

Governor Lee Won-taek stated, "I hope this fair will increase understanding of the priority purchase system by public institutions and lead to an expansion in the purchase of products from disabled standard workshops," adding, "We will continue to provide various support to ensure a stable market for products from disabled standard workshops and expand employment opportunities for the disabled."
